The Method Cabin by Method Homes
Method Homes is a new startup from Seattle that has begun building homes in its factory that were designed by Balance Associates Architects. They strive to achieve Leed 2.0 Gold rating in all of their homes, and plan to create as little waste during the construction process as possible.
The company’s first home, the Method Cabin, is currently in production with an estimated ballpark cost of $150-$250 per square foot. Keep reading for drawings of the design in addition to photos from the construction of the first model:
